This project transformed a former TAFE college site into a vibrant, master-planned mixed-use precinct. From the outset, we led the vision and master planning of the site, creating an integrated development comprising commercial properties at the front, apartment buildings at the centre, and residential living at the rear. As the project evolved, we developed the commercial component, delivering a service station, car wash, and Petstock to establish a strong retail and service offering. We then sold allocated parcels of land to specialist developers, enabling the Hurley Hotel Group to deliver a landmark $70 million, five-storey hotel-motel development, and the Rivergum Group to create 76 architecturally designed Torrens-titled townhouses under the site’s high-density residential zoning. The result is a carefully curated precinct that reflects the strength of the original master plan and long-term development vision.
