Landmark Homes & Properties is a proudly family-owned and operated South Australian business with deep roots in Adelaide’s history. The company was founded by Leon Michos, who migrated from the small village of Ioannina, Greece, in 1959 in search of new opportunities and a better life for his future family.
After many successful years in the food industry, Leon turned his attention to property development, helping shape suburbs throughout Adelaide with projects built on quality, vision, and community values. His contribution to South Australia’s development is reflected in the naming of Michos Avenue at Panorama, a lasting recognition of the important role early migrants played in building and enriching Adelaide’s communities.
