Hollywood Retail Centre

Purchased in 2019, Hollywood Retail Centre was a run-down large-format retail centre with significant untapped potential and a clear need for repositioning and activation. Through a strategic redevelopment approach, we transformed the site by sourcing and securing new anchor tenants including Petstock, BP Service Station, Ryderwear Gym, and Hollywood Carwash. The project involved reconfiguring the tenancy mix, upgrading existing infrastructure, and delivering new building works to modernise and enhance the centre’s appeal. Today, Hollywood Retail Centre has been successfully repositioned as a vibrant, high-performing retail destination, delivering renewed energy and long-term value to the precinct.
