King William Road, Hyde Park was the foundation of our commercial property journey and marked the beginning of Landmark Homes’ expansion into commercial development. Starting with the acquisition of our first properties more than 40 years ago, we recognised the potential of this emerging precinct and began transforming traditional character villas into high-quality retail and commercial spaces. This early vision and strategic repositioning played an important role in shaping the vibrant King William Road precinct we see today, establishing a strong legacy in place-making and long-term value creation.
