Blakes Crossing

Blakes Crossing was a major Lend Lease master-planned community comprising 1,500 homes, requiring a purpose-built sales and information centre to support the launch and growth of the development. In 2009, we delivered a bespoke two-storey building designed to house the project’s sales and information centre, alongside a Fasta Pasta restaurant, creating an active and welcoming destination for both prospective buyers and the local community. The enduring success of the development is reflected in the site’s continued relevance today, with the original Fasta Pasta still operating and the former sales and information centre successfully repurposed into an Anytime Fitness, demonstrating the long-term adaptability and value of the asset
